Summary
When Sparky pursues a ball in the park, that Victor threw for him, something goes wrong. Sparky stops in the center of the street, like in a trance, then returns to Victor like nothing happened. Victor thinks hypnotation might have something to do with this. Now, Victor needs to summon the power of electricity to bring Sparky back into his senses.
